13ricrea is a luxury eco-design company conceived by Angela Mensi since 2007. The creative brand is a mix of avant-garde and modern simplicity. With a strong respect for the values of re-cycling and up-cycling, their creations give renewed purpose to other productions which are often produced from unusual materials.
This is how clippings of nautical canvas and truck tarpaulins, or coated PVC used for tensile structures and gazebos, give life to coloured petals used as coating for unusual and attractive outdoor seats and vases. Occasionally, there are scraps of felt from the production of insoles for footwear which are enchantingly transformed into roses or curls to magically cover poufs, armchairs and sofas with removable covers.
Enhanced in a perspective of happy, joyful and ethically productive recovery, 13ricrea recreates the merit of practicing an up-cycling so creative that their works are often unrecognisable from their original form.
