TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No cancellation or refund will be made once order has been placed.
All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all prevailing government taxes (e.g. GST etc).
Please allow up to five months for some items as our products are handmade in their country of origin and only upon order received to ensure each piece is of the highest quality. An expected delivery date will be provided once your item is ready to ship.
Products purchased will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Your delivery also includes any assembly or installation of the items where required. Delivery does not include disposal of items i.e. removing used furniture and/or other items from your premises.
Please ensure that you and/or your appointed representative are present at the delivery address provided on any agreed delivery date. In the event that there is no one to receive the delivery of the product at the designated address, additional charges may be incurred if subsequent attempt(s) to deliver the product are required.
Upon delivery, if an item is found to contain defects which are not part of the intended design or a natural occurrence of the material used, a replacement may be given (not applicable to display sets or discontinued items).
Any defect or non-conformance must be notified to us immediately upon delivery and noted down on the delivery order which is presented to you for signature. Your signature will be taken as proof of acknowledgement that the products were received in good and acceptable condition.
